He knows how frustrating it is for us to make progress toward freedom and peace. He knows how the joy slips through our fingers. His a answer is three fold:
Know that what you do is what you think you are but it doesn’t change what you are. He knows our sense of guilt and how much we believe in it as it manifests itself in our world of pain and suffering.
Secondly he tells us to return of the Voice for God as she knows the truth that we are not guilty and our suffering can end if we let her help us.
Finally, as we let her help us we begin to experience what we are and have always been.
